Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon made from corn, rye and malted barley, bottled at 45% ABV in a 1 litre bottle. It comes from the oldest continuously operating distillery in the USA, whose 130 hectares lie where huge herds of bison once crossed the Kentucky River.
It is described as rich and complex, with candied fruit, vanilla and caramel.
