Bugey Cerdon Ancestrale Demi Sec - Renardat Fache

A sparkling wine from Bugey, made by the ancestral method with incomplete fermentation. It is bright pink with vivid reflections. The nose brings small red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with white flowers. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with moderate sweetness balanced by good acidity. It suits fruit desserts, cakes and pastries, and can also be served as an aperitif.
