Bulleit Bourbon Barrel Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 58.3% ABV, with no water added after the barrels were emptied. It is made to Bulleit's high-rye recipe, with selected barrels combined into a single batch.
The nose brings gentle spice and sweet oak with vanilla, caramelised sweetness and warm woody notes. On the palate it is smooth and powerful, with maple, oak, vanilla, nutmeg and high-rye spice. The finish is long, dry and satiny, with toffee, deep oak, vanilla and warming spice.
