A rum distilled and matured in Panama, bottled at 40% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. It is stored in ex-Bourbon casks and receives a six-month finish in sherry casks, giving it a soft and rich complexity. The Bumbu distillery tradition dates back to 1893 and it remains in continuous operation. No colouring or chill filtration is used.
