This is Bunnahabhain's third annual 12 Year Old Cask Strength, the 2023 edition, bottled at 60.1% ABV.
Sherry casks developed a full spectrum of flavours during maturation, and these have been retained at the higher strength.
The 2023 edition has a fruitier profile, with stone fruits and figs at the forefront, and a less spicy finish with sweet notes of fresh vanilla pods.
