Bunnahabhain – 12 Years (70cl, 46.3%)

Bunnahabhain 12 Years is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46.3% abv. Bunnahabhain means 'mouth of the river' in Gaelic, and the distillery stands at the mouth of the Margadale Spring on the shores of the Sound of Islay. In 1879 William Robertson of the Robertson and Baxter blending house joined the Greenlees Brothers to form the Islay Distillery Company. They built the distillery close to the Margadale River, and Bunnahabhain was born in 1883.
