This is a 10 year old Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 63.8% and is natural colour.
The whisky matured in a first fill sherry butt, and this is bottle number 55 of 622.
The nose is hard toffee, barley sugar and raisin toast. On the palate come chocolate orange and Christmas cake with a note of coffee, and the finish is earthy clove and anise with some sweetness and light spice.
