Bunnahabhain 2013 is a 9-year-old Islay single malt bottled by Swell de Spirits. It was distilled in 2013, matured in a first-fill bourbon cask and bottled in September 2023 at 55.4%, with 342 bottles filled.
The bottler's notes describe a smoky nose of marshmallows toasted over a bonfire, petrol and silage, with raspberry jam and chamomile tea. The palate brings capers, smoked herring and peanut butter, and the finish has vanilla milky coffee and doughnuts. Water brings out more sweetness.
