Bunnahabhain – 23 Year Old 2001/2025 Signatory Vintage Symington's Choice #1438 (70cl, 59.5%)

This 23 year old Bunnahabhain comes from Andrew Symington's personal cask selection for the Symington's Choice range from Signatory Vintage. It is an Islay single malt, distilled on 8 October 2001 and bottled on 10 April 2025. The whisky matured entirely in a single Oloroso sherry butt, cask #1438, which yielded 540 bottles. It is bottled at a cask strength of 59.5% ABV, without added colour and without chill-filtration. Its style combines ripe sherry fruit, dark sweetness, nuts and spice with the understated, maritime character of Bunnahabhain.
