Bunnahabhain 45 Year Old 1978 is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky bottled by Signatory Vintage for its own 35th Anniversary Collection. It was distilled in 1978 and matured for 45 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt before being bottled in 2023 at natural cask strength. Bunnahabhain has an unpeated style, and the long sherry maturation brings layers of dark fruit, spice and polished oak.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
