Bunnahabhain – An Cladach (1L, 50%)

Bunnahabhain An Cladach is an unpeated Islay single malt from the Uncharted Coast Collection. Its Gaelic name means 'the coast'. It is bottled at 50% in a 1 litre bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. It matures in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. The sherry casks bring dried fruit, gentle spice and nutty depth, while the bourbon casks add creamy vanilla, mild oak and light sweetness, with salty coastal notes alongside. The nose combines dried fruit, caramel and vanilla with rich sherry. The palate is creamy and soft, with sherry, nuts and spice meeting a salty coastal note. The long finish carries dried fruit and clears with maritime hints.
