Bunnahabhain – Best Dram 13 Year Old 2013/2026 (56.9%)

This is a single cask Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, bottled by Whisky Druid at 13 years old. It was distilled on 11 February 2013 and spent its whole maturation in one first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead. Bunnahabhain is among the Islay distilleries that work without peat smoke, so the character comes from the barley and the cask: a pronounced Oloroso sweetness alongside maritime notes. It was bottled on 23 April 2026 from cask 900066 at a cask strength of 56.9% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. The outturn was 333 bottles.
