A single malt from Bunnahabhain on Islay, distilled in 2014 and matured for just over six years in a Canasta butt. Canasta is a Spanish cream sherry from Jerez.
The whisky came from Warehouse No. 9 and was bottled at the end of 2020 at 61% ABV, undiluted and without added colour.
Bunnahabhain describes it with soft honey, sweet toffee, liquorice and woody spice, and it is sweet and oily in the mouth.
