Bunnahabhain – Toiteach A Dhà (70cl, 46.3%)

Bunnahabhain Toiteach A Dhà is a smoky Islay single malt bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. The Gaelic name means 'smoky no. 2', and it follows on from the original Toiteach. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Senior blender Dr Kirstie McCallum chose a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, matured in warehouses on the coast of Bunnahabhain bay. Peated malted barley, sherry influence and the coastal maturation shape the malt. It is known for a lasting, robust finish.
