Bushmills 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is an Irish single malt from County Antrim in Northern Ireland, bottled at 46% in a 100cl bottle.
It was matured for ten years and finished in Oloroso sherry barrels hand picked by the Bushmills master blender.
The nose is oaky vanilla with sticky apricot compote and spicy fruit cake. On the palate, sherry sweetness comes with sun-dried raisins, warm clove and a touch of toasted marzipan. The finish carries baking spices, with the fruit cake lingering.
