This is a ten-year-old Irish single malt from Bushmills in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 46% ABV on 25 April 2022. It is a Cask Reserve release in the World Wood series.
The whiskey was matured in American oak and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose offers honey, citrus, soft vanilla and lightly dried fruit. The palate is creamy, with apple, pear, caramel and a subtle sherry sweetness. The finish is medium to long, warm and slightly spicy, with oak and fruit.
