Bushmills – 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

This is a 10 year old Irish single malt from Bushmills, made from malted barley and triple distilled. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and comes in a tube. Most of the whiskey matured in bourbon casks, which bring vanilla and honey, while a smaller share of sherry casks adds fruit and a touch of chocolate. The nose is usually described as honey, ripe fruit and light floral notes. The palate shows malty sweetness, vanilla, bright fruit and milk chocolate, and the finish is fresh and dry with a hint of toasted oak.
