Bushmills – 10 Year Old Vino Dulce Cask (70cl, 43%)

Bushmills 10 Year Old Vino Dulce Cask is an Irish single malt bottled at 43% ABV, in a 70cl bottle supplied in a tube. The triple-distilled malt is matured in bourbon and sherry casks, then finished in Spanish Vino Dulce sweet wine casks, which add notes of dark cherry and plum. The nose is creamy honey, vanilla and light malt. The palate brings dark cherry, plum, roasted nuts and caramel. The finish is full of fruit, with a gentle sweetness.
