A 10-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured for at least 10 years in American oak and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is sweet and malty, with apple, vanilla, honey and ripe fruit. The palate opens sweet, with malt and sherry tones, a dry note and milk chocolate. The finish is lasting, with toffee and chocolate-vanilla notes.
