Bushmills – 14 Malaga Cask

Bushmills 14 is an Irish single malt from the Old Bushmills Distillery, which has held its licence since 1608. It is triple distilled in copper stills from unpeated barley. After its years in bourbon casks, the whiskey was finished in a Malaga cask. The nose offers honey, vanilla and ripe mandarins with a gentle, warm spice. On the palate come tropical fruit such as mango and pineapple, together with milk chocolate, cinnamon and a hint of ginger. The finish is balanced and of medium length.
