Bushmills 16 Year Old is an Irish single malt whisky bottled at 40%. It is matured in bourbon and sherry casks and then refined in port casks.
The nose offers red fruit, nuts and dark chocolate. On the palate it is silky and complex, with plum, caramel and a touch of coffee.
The finish is long and soft, with spice and a note of dried fruit.
