This is a 21 year old Irish whisky from Bushmills, matured in three types of cask: bourbon, sherry and Marsala.
The nose is led by dried fruit, with clear oak and vanilla. On the palate, fruit and sherry come through in a dark, warming style with a little ginger, and the finish ends on oak.
