This is a 21 year old Irish single malt from Bushmills, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is triple-distilled, and each bottle is individually numbered.
The whisky is matured in three types of cask: Oloroso sherry, bourbon and Madeira. Together they give a rich, layered character and a long finish.
On the nose it offers honey, ripe fruit, mocha and soft spice. The palate is creamy, with sweet fruit, raisins, subtle oak and chocolate, and the finish is long and warm with Madeira spice.
