Bushmills 21 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks. The whiskey is then married and moved into Madeira casks for a further two years of maturation.
It is described as having dried fruit flavours woven with a spicy, aromatic maltiness, subtle nutty raisin notes and a rich, very long finish.
