Bushmills 21 Year Old is an Irish single malt whiskey at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It spends a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then moves into Madeira casks for a further two years.
The character is one of depth, with dried fruit flavours woven through a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty, raisin notes.
