Bushmills – 30 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Bushmills 30 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered. It was originally distilled in the early 1990s and spent its first 14 years in bourbon barrels and sherry butts, followed by a 16-year finish in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It was released in 2023 to mark the opening of the new Bushmills Causeway Distillery, in an outturn of 1,500 bottles worldwide. The whiskey grew out of re-casking experiments that the distillery began in the 2000s.
