Bushmills Black Bush Caviste Edition is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in sherry casks, which bring raisins, stewed fruit and soft spice alongside the Bushmills malt.
The nose is sweet, with fruit, raisins, light caramel and sherry. The palate is creamy, full and soft, with dried fruit, honey and light spice. The finish is warm, round and long, with a gentle sherry sweetness.
