Bushmills – Black Bush Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Black Bush is a blended Irish whiskey from Bushmills, made with a high proportion of malt, around 80%, married with lighter grain whiskey. It is matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and Bourbon barrels, for up to 8 years, which gives it a dark colour. It can be drunk neat, over ice or in classic cocktails. It is described as having rich, fruity notes and a deep character. The palate is dark, velvety and fruity, running into a long finish.
