Bushmills Black Bush is an Irish blend made at the Old Bushmills Distillery and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It contains an unusually high proportion of single malt, matured in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is full of dried fruits, raisins, nuts and warm spices, with vanilla and oak behind. On the palate come dark fruit, toffee, honey and sherry sweetness, balanced by toasted wood and gentle spice. The finish is long, smooth and warming, leaving fruit, oak and sweet malt.
