Bushmills – Original Irish Whiskey (175cl, 40%)

Bushmills Original is a blended Irish whiskey from the Bushmills distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, here in a 1.75-litre bottle at 40% ABV. It pairs triple-distilled malt whiskey with a lighter Irish grain whiskey, in a recipe that has stayed essentially unchanged for nearly 150 years. The malt comes from what is described as the world's oldest licensed whiskey distillery. The nose is light, fresh and grassy. The palate is gently warming and mouth-coating, with a touch of honey sweetness, and the finish is crisp and fresh.
