Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Bushmills Black Bush is a blended Irish whiskey from the Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, in a 750ml bottle at 40% ABV. The blend is built around an unusually high proportion of Bushmills single malt, matured in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, and married with a lighter grain whiskey. The sherry-matured malt gives it its lead character. Tasting notes describe an intensely sherry-sweet nose, a soft, silky and nutty palate with dried fruit and toasted nuts, and a lingering sweet finish.
