Bushmills Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is a blended Irish whiskey from the distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was launched in early 2021.
The malt part of the blend is finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. The rum is said to bring out the exotic notes already present in Irish whiskey, adding sweet syrup and tropical character of its own.
It is an easy-drinking blend with a sweet leaning.
