Bushmills Original is an Irish blend of single malt and lighter grain whiskey, triple distilled and bottled at 40%. It is made to a recipe that dates back to before Prohibition.
The whiskey is matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, which gives fresh fruit and vanilla notes. It is described as smooth and approachable, with a warming taste.
