BVB Bourbon Whiskey 09 is an American bourbon made in collaboration with Borussia Dortmund, and it carries the club logo and name. It matures in new charred American white oak, and the grain base is corn, malted barley and other grain.
It is bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle, chill-filtered, with no added colour; the colour comes from the cask.
The nose pairs sweet vanilla with creamy toffee. The palate is mild with a fine spiciness, plus warm pastry, caramel and coconut. The soft finish recalls brown sugar.
