Little Book Chapter 10, "All the Wiser", is a blended straight whiskey created by Freddie Noe, the eighth generation of the Beam-Noe family. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 61.3% in a 75cl bottle.
The blend draws on older stocks from the Small Batch Collection created by his grandfather Booker Noe: Basil Hayden's at 14 years, Booker's at 10, Knob Creek at 11 and 9, and Baker's at 9. A 4-year-old Jim Beam finished in sherry and toasted casks is added to the mix.
The nose brings orange zest, fig, raisin, honey, vanilla, peanut brittle and cedar. On the palate come caramel, cinnamon, tart cherries and pepper spice, and a little water draws out dark chocolate.
