Ca' Bianca Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Brut

A sparkling wine from Ca' Bianca, made in the Piedmont hills in an area suited to the classic method, expressing elegance and complexity. The blend is mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, traditional grapes of this denomination, giving a fine and persistent perlage. After long ageing on the lees, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour and a refined bouquet with notes of yeast, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is dry, fresh and harmonious, with an enveloping texture and a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish dishes and crustaceans.
