This is a 16-year-old Tomatin single malt bottled by Cadenhead's in 2025 for its Original Collection. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and was originally issued without a box.
The whisky was matured in Manzanilla sherry hogsheads.
The nose is sourdough bread and salted popcorn. On the palate there is chamomile tea, dried fruit, maple syrup, grapefruit and salted walnuts. The finish is slightly salty, with warm, toasted brown notes.
