A Calvados from the Pays d'Auge area, made exclusively from selected apples grown on clay and limestone soils. It is distilled using the traditional double process in a copper still. Aged for about 15 years in oak casks, it shows apple and pear fruit notes alongside toasted vanilla, sweet spices and a light old-wood nuance. The palate is harmonious and velvety, with a long, enveloping and persistent finish.
