La Blanche BIO Amphora by Drouin is an organic cider from Normandy, made from a blend of carefully selected apple varieties. Spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae gives refined minerality and a fuller structure. In the glass it is bright straw with golden reflections, with aromas of green apple, citrus, wildflowers and an earthy note from amphora ageing. The palate is harmonious, balanced between acidity and natural sweetness, with fine bubbles and a slightly salty, persistent finish.
