A Calvados from Distillerie Drouin, made in Normandy from selected apples from small local orchards. It combines traditional distillation with methods and ageing intended to highlight fresh, vibrant notes. Aged in oak casks, it shows green apple, red fruit accents and gentle spice on the nose, with a soft, fluid palate and a finish recalling ripe fruit and a light balsamic touch. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails, and pairs well with apple desserts or aged cheeses.
