A Calvados aged for 15 years in oak barrels by the Morin distillery. It has an intense golden colour with amber reflections, with elegant aromas of mature apples, vanilla and spicy wood, plus caramel, chocolate and cinnamon. The palate is balanced and velvety, with cooked apples, lightly toasted spices and dried fruit, finishing long and warmly aromatic. It is suited to after-dinner tasting with aged cheeses or apple desserts.
