Morin 10 Ans Calvados (70cl)

A ten-year-old Calvados from the family-run Morin distillery in Normandy, founded in 1889, in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of several apple eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which is at least 10 years old. The distillery ages its spirit in cellars with favourable humidity. The nose shows intense apple jam and cloves over a smoky background that stays unobtrusive. The body is soft, agile and comfortable, and the finish lingers for a very long time. It suits drinking as a digestif.
