Morin Sélection is a Calvados, an apple spirit from the family-run Morin distillery in Normandy, founded in 1889. It is aged for at least two years in oak casks before release.
The colour is a bright amber-yellow with lively golden glints. The nose brings apple juice and cinnamon, with sweet notes of caramel and candied citrus peel.
It works in cocktails and in a green apple sorbet, and is traditionally served between courses at long lunches.
