Camp Blanc is a Moscato d'Asti DOCG from Vada. It has an immediate, recognisable aromatic profile of orange blossom and small white-fleshed fruits, with delicate honeyed notes. The fine, vibrant mousse supports the natural sweetness, which stays light thanks to fresh acidity. Light in structure, it is easy to drink and has an aromatic finish that invites another glass.
It suits an aperitif or a sweet end to a meal, and pairs with dry pastries, cream cakes, fresh fruit and blue cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 6-8 C, in wide glasses.
