Canadian Club 1858 is a blended Canadian whisky first created in 1858, bottled at 37% ABV. Its process still follows a very similar course to the original recipe, and it is suggested neat, over ice, with a mixer or in a simple cocktail.
The nose is fresh and soft, with almond nuttiness and a hint of peppery spice. The palate is spicy and zesty, with rich oak, sweet vanilla and a pleasant sweetness. The finish is clean, dry and lingering, with subtle oak.
