A 10 year old blended Canadian whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It is matured in white oak barrels, and the whiskies are blended before they go into cask to age.
The nose is sweet and cereal-based, with corn, popcorn, milk chocolate, banana milkshake, mango and a little spice.
The palate brings dried pineapple and papaya, then grapes, pears, caramel and honey in a soft, juicy texture. The finish fades gently, with fruit and honey lingering alongside evergreen, honeysuckle and eucalyptus notes.
