An eight-year-old Canadian single grain whisky, distilled mainly from corn in continuous stills and bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It matured for its eight years in ex-bourbon barrels.
It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is vanilla, butterscotch and maple syrup, with popcorn and toasted oak. The palate is silky and sweet, with honey, toffee, gentle oak spice, buttercream and hazelnut. The finish is long and mellow, with vanilla fudge, oak and a touch of cinnamon.
