Canadian Mist is a blended Canadian whisky made at Collingwood, on the shores of Georgian Bay in Ontario, where it has been produced since 1967. It is triple distilled from a corn base with rye and malted barley, aged for a minimum of three years in charred white oak, and cut with Georgian Bay water. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The flavour is soft, light and sweet, with vanilla, a little oak and a gentle grain sweetness, followed by a clean, cool finish.
