The nose is briny, with sea spray, citrus zest, green olive, pear, cereal and soft peat smoke. The palate is clean and smoky on a light, oily texture, with sweet malt, lemon peel and white pepper. The finish is long and coastal, with drying peat, crushed shells and a soft medicinal note.
