Caol Ila 12 Year Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky made for the Islay Festival 2021, known as Feis Ile. The whisky was matured in refill American oak and then finished in high char casks that had been seasoned with Moscatel.
It comes from a limited release of 3696 bottles, produced specifically for the festival.
